caught on this day. The conditions were pretty
tough for Smallmouth Bass fishing.

Battle with Salt Creek Carp

Not much of a
shore sitting Carp angler but when nothing else
is biting and all else fails, the Carp will
always be around. The fight was over 3-minutes
long and this came pretty darn close to being a
PB fish.

A random 4-hours
of fishing a 360 acre lake results in an
unbelievable day of catching 68 Northern Pike.
Yes, no joke. 68 Pike were caught in 4 hours of
fishing a Northern Wisconsin lake.

I made a 5-hour
solo outing on a large 1,000+ acre lake in
search of Smallmouth Bass. The conditions were
tough as there was clear skies and zero wind. I
went fishless for the first four hours while on
the final hour, I boated two 18-inchers which
saved the day.

After a day of
tough and depressing Musky fishing in which
three fish were lost, Kenny and I concluded our
day by fishing for Largemouth Bass on a smaller
100 acre lake that was in the area - once again,
frog fishing the slop!
