Owners and designers, Nick and Michael Tamburro, of Toronto, Ontario, have ingeniously developed a specialized, patent pending curved screw attachment that allows anglers to change out hooks and baits without having to retie the jig head.
This rigging concept is universal, advanced interchangeable with all hook types, and one that has never before been tested by any other industry brands. The “Tamburro Twist” (screw lock design) allows you to quickly and easily change from the generic factory hook to an entirely different one. Since the design allows you to screw the hook’s eye onto the jig head, it’s not permanently locked down to the lure. Few may question this rigging system but rest assured it’s secure and fail-proof.

Each Live Action Hybrid Jig package comes with two jig heads and two premium black-nickel chemically sharpened hooks that are mass produced in China. Despite these generic hooks which are sharp in their own right, many multi-species anglers will agree there is an appeal to having the option of customizing the jig with any preferred hook brand with accompanying bait for any particular species of fish.
While observing the jig heads, you will notice the high quality finish of the paint job (hardened epoxy) and detailed color schemes. This is most evident with the Hydra and Stealth jigs with their holographic finish and lifelike eyes.
